Reviews only help you choose a company if they’re real. Here’s how we ask for them, how we respond to them, and how to reach us when something about your trip wasn’t right with our LA party bus company.
What we will never do
- Never pay for reviews or offer discounts, refunds or freebies in exchange for one.
- Never write reviews for ourselves or about competitors.
- Never ask only happy customers to post. Every customer gets the same invitation.
- Never publish testimonials we can’t back up with a real booking.
- Never threaten or pressure anyone over a negative review.
These aren’t just good manners. Federal rules prohibit fake reviews, paid reviews that aren’t disclosed, and suppressing negative ones.
How to reach us about a problem
If something about your trip wasn’t right, call us and tell us what happened, ideally with your date and pickup details. We would rather hear it directly and fix what we can than read about it later. You’re still welcome to post a review either way.
How we respond to reviews
- We read every review, positive and negative.
- We respond to criticism with facts and what we’re doing about it, not arguments.
- We never share a customer’s private booking details in a public reply.
