What information do you need for a quote?

Three things: your event date, approximate group size, and what type of event you’re planning. That’s enough for us to give you exact pricing and bus recommendations. If you also know your pickup location and how many hours you want, even better — but we can figure those details out together.

How quickly will I hear back?

Is there a minimum rental time?

4-hour minimum on weekend evenings, 3-hour minimum on weekdays and daytime. No maximum. We handle everything from 3-hour birthday celebrations to 10-hour round-trip LA to Vegas trips.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes — every LA Nights party bus is BYOB for guests 21 and older. We provide coolers stocked with ice, cup holders, and bar-style counter space. Bring whatever you want to drink. The ride between stops becomes the pregame.

What payment methods do you accept?

All of them. Credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and cash. A deposit secures your reservation and the remaining balance is due before the trip.

Do you offer services beyond party buses?

Yes. In addition to our party bus fleet, we offer Sprinter van rentals (perfect for smaller groups of 10–14) and black car service for executive transportation, airport transfers, and corporate events.
