Party Bus Rentals by Occasion in Los Angeles
Bachelorettes, weddings, quinceañeras, concerts, Vegas runs and nights out each need something different from a party bus: a different vehicle size, a different number of hours, and a different plan for the route. Start with your occasion below, or find the right vehicle by group size. Every booking comes from LA Nights Party Bus, a licensed Los Angeles operator.

Plan itThe right vehicle for each occasion
A starting point. Your headcount and your route have the final say.
| Occasion | Typical vehicle | Plan around |
|---|---|---|
| Bachelorette night | Standard bus or Sprinter | Cluster stops in one area; confirm venue drop-off rules |
| Wedding | Mid-size or large bus | Book for the full day, not the reception; count gowns as well as guests |
| Quinceañera | Mid-size or large bus | Church, photos and reception often run back to back |
| Prom or graduation | Sized to the group | Chaperone 25+ is required if alcohol is on board with anyone under 21 |
| Concert or game | Standard to large bus | Buses use designated drop-off zones; check before the night |
| Wine day (Malibu) | Sprinter | Canyon roads can rule out a full-size bus |
| Las Vegas | Large bus | Plan the drive, the stops and the return as one booking |
How many people are coming?
Book for confirmed guests, not the RSVP list. Around 15 people, a full-size bus usually costs about the same per person as a Sprinter, with much more room.

What size party bus do I need for my event in Los Angeles?
Count confirmed guests. Up to about 14 people usually fits a Sprinter, 15 to 25 a standard party bus, 26 to 34 a mid-size bus, and 35 to 50 a large bus. Size up a tier if the group plans to stand and dance, and check the route, because some LA roads and structures can’t take a large bus.
Can we use a party bus for a wedding or quinceañera?
Yes. For weddings and quinceañeras, plan for the whole day rather than one leg, since church, photos and the reception usually run back to back, and remember a full gown can take more than one seat.
Do you do party buses for prom and graduation?
Teen events follow California’s rules: no alcohol for anyone under 21, and a chaperone 25 or older if alcohol is on board with any under-21 passenger. Read our prom and quinceañera safety guide before booking.
Can a party bus take us to a concert or a game in LA?
Yes. Stadiums and arenas usually require buses to use designated drop-off zones or lots, so we confirm the bus area for your venue and event before the night.
How do I get a price for my event?
Current hourly rates by vehicle size are on our party bus prices page. For a quote with every line written out, call with your date, headcount and stops.
