How Booking Works: From First Call to Final Drop-Off

Booking an LA party bus with us follows the same steps every time, and everything that matters ends up in writing before you pay. Here’s how it works.

The process

Five steps from inquiry to the night itself

  1. Tell us the plan

Date, start and end time, confirmed headcount, pickup address, every stop and the final drop-off.

  2. Answer two required questions

Will anyone under 21 be on board, and will alcohol be present? California law requires us to ask.

  3. Get matched to a vehicle

We size the vehicle to your headcount and your route, and flag any stop a large bus can’t reach.

  4. Review it in writing

Your written confirmation lists the vehicle, times, stops, total price and terms before any deposit.

  5. Final check before the night

We reconfirm pickup details and timing, and your driver has the plan before they arrive.

In writing

What your confirmation should include

  • The vehicle size and passenger capacity
  • Pickup time and address, every stop, and the final drop-off
  • Booked hours and how billing time is counted
  • The total price, including any gratuity and fees
  • The overtime rate if the night runs long
  • Deposit amount, balance due date, and cancellation terms
  • The company name and TCP number
Rule of thumb: don’t pay a deposit to any party bus company, us included, until you’ve read these terms in writing.
Changes

When plans change

  • Headcount changes: tell us as early as possible; a big change can mean a different vehicle size.
  • New stops: add them before the night so we can check access and timing.
  • Running late: the clock starts at the booked time, so build in buffer for guests who are always late.
  • Extending the night: overtime is billed at the rate in your confirmation, subject to the vehicle’s next booking.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book a party bus in LA?

As early as possible for Friday and Saturday nights, prom and graduation season, December, and big concert or game dates. Weeknights are usually easier to book.

What information do I need to book?

Your date, start and end time, confirmed headcount, pickup address, every stop, the final drop-off, and whether anyone under 21 will be on board with alcohol present.

When do I pay a deposit?

After you have reviewed your written confirmation with the vehicle, times, price and terms. Your confirmation states the deposit amount and when the balance is due.

Can we extend the night once it starts?

Usually, if the vehicle is not booked right after you. Extra time is billed at the overtime rate in your confirmation.
